Online Order Tracking and Proofing:


1. You place your order
2. Your account representative will update your order online for you to approve the order and art.
3. After order confirmation/proof approval, your account representative will place your order
4. Once your order has been processed we will update your online order with the estimated ship date. You can always check the status of your order online.
5. Once your order has shipped we will update your order to shipped and enter the tracking #s online for you.
6. Our state of the art online order system not only lets you track the status of your order. But, come 6 months down the road and you need to reorder the same items, you can go into your order management area and just click reorder. One click of the reorder button and your order is back in production. Want to see what you ordered last year for that trade show just go to your online order system and it will show you all your previous orders.
