Constructed of 600-denier polyester blend - 16" x 12" with PVC backing. Two pockets: (1) with a top Nylon zipper and (2) with a 9" high front zipper. Sized for legal documents. Sewn with matching 13" polypropylene webbed handles. Specify color by item number: #B2541 - Black or #B2540 - Navy.
