Include straight line copy printed one color, one side on a white background. For multicolor imprint add $35.00 set-up plus .05 each running for each add'l color. For 2nd side imprint add $25.00 per 1,000 or less. Allow 1 1/4" x 4" in the center on the back side of fan for handle placement. For reproduction of custom logos from camera-ready art add $30.00 per color. There is no plate charge for straight line type. For reverse printing (colored background with white type) add $30.00 set-up.
